Japan Spawns A Very Small Tsunami After 6.5-magnitude Earthquake

Monday 28/3, the authorities of Japan called off a tsunami advisory after a magnitude of 6.5 earthquake off the country's northeast coast produced small ripples on the coastal area.

According to Japanese Meteorological Agency, they persuade coastal residents to remain prepared to evacuate because of the continued threat of aftershocks that could spawns tsunami.

According to the news, the tsunami height had been expected to climb up to half a meter or 1.6 feet height.

The meteorological expert Hirofumi Yokoyama said that Monday's temblor was the latest of a series of aftershocks to rattle the region since a magnitude of 9 quake and the tsunami it triggered devastated coastal villages,killed thousands of people and set off Japan's into worse nuclear disaster .

Yokoyama also said that aftershocks of this magnitude could still produce a dangerous tsunamis.

Currently there were no any immediate reports of damage or injuries report announced to the area.The U.S Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said no wave was expected in Hawaii or on the U.S west coast.

Japan Tsunami Highlights

Japan was stroke by a massive tsunami after the earthquake which happened on Today few hours ago.

Tsunami,defines as a series of long ocean waves that can last 5-15 mins and causes extensive flooding in coastal area and its power of destroy will affected the coast of neighbour country,or even far.According to the news reported, more than 20 countries included coastal Russia ,coastal areas of United States and island countries like Taiwan ,Indonesia,Philippines,Hawaii and the other Pacific island had issued the tsunami warning and sirens the residents evacuated .

The tsunami is sweeping across the Pacific Ocean after an 8.9-magnitude earthquake struck off the northeastern coast of Honshu island,Japan (according to CNN )


The effect of coming tsunami will be spreading out accordingly to these coastal countries and even the time have been expected by the Geological officers.Sirens sounded for alerting people in the expected coastal site like Hawaii around 10 p.m.Thursday (3 a.m.ET),warning them that tsunami is expected coming at few hours later.



Tsunami waves can hits with highest speeds of 800 km (497 miles) per hour.The undeniable destroys power can sweep the city like a crap just in few minutes.





Unfortunately the earthquake,was upgraded from 7.8 to 8.8 quake.
'' When you jump a magnitude from 7 to 8, its not 10 times stronger,it's a 1000 times stronger!!!''said by the States Geological Survey officer.The struck has brings the darkness to a sunny spring afternoon of Japan.

Breaking News - Japan Struck by 8.9 Earthquake & Tsunami

Tokyo,Japan .The northeastern coast of Japan was struck by a magnitude of 8.9 earthquake on Friday 11/3.The catastrophe has unleashed a 13 foot (4 meter) Tsunami that washed away and tore away the buildings along the coast near the epicenter.

Many injuries was reported from Pacific coastal areas of the main Honshu island and Tokyo.The officials says that they were trying to assess damage,injuries and the deaths from the earthquake but had no immediate details thus far.

In various places along the coast,TV footage showed the massive damage from the Tsunami,with dozens of vehicles,buildings were carried along by the fast streaming waters.The US Geological Survey  revealed the first quake struck just under 400 kilometers(250 miles) northeast of Tokyo.More than 10 fires were reported in Tokyo and the subway system were stopped as well.The people streamed out of buildings and sirens wailed all around.

The meteorological agency issued aTsunami warning for the entire Pacific coast of Japan.While  the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii said a tsunami warning was in effect for Philippines,Indonesia,Hawaii,Papua New Guinea and others.Google places its warning alert on the main page as well. 

Volcano was all over around in Japan.All quakes are felt everyday somewhere in Japan and people take part in regular drill at schools or even workplaces to prepare for the real one.The last time ''Big Hit'' on Tokyo was in 1923,when the Great Kanto Earthquake taken more than 140,000 lives,and most of them was sacrificed in fires.
